Dog Aid Scotland 2024 AGM

Dog Aid Scotland will be hosting an Annual General Meeting for its members on 10th September at 7pm over Zoom. This year, there is a proposal for few changes to the constitution to be voted on.

If you are a member, you should have received a copy of the 2023 Annual Report and information on the proposed constitution changes in the post. If you are a member and no post from DAS has arrived by 28th August, please get in touch with the office on 0300 365 2500 or at [email protected].

You can read our current constitution here: SCIO Constitution (2022). If this link does not work, please request a copy from [email protected]. Information on the proposed changes can also be sent to members upon request if the post has not arrived.

All members are invited to read the information about the proposed changes to make a considered vote at the AGM. Alternatively, absent votes can be posted or emailed prior to the meeting on 10 September 2024, ideally 48 hours before the meeting. A member may appoint one proxy to represent them at the meeting to vote on their behalf. Members can email [email protected] for a proxy form or any further information required. The proxy does not need to be a member. Dog Aid Scotland must have proxy information at least 48 hours before the meeting.

We hope to see you there!
